Since we have just signed up for the Managed Print Services program, I can't say from experience that it is saving the company a lot of money. However, I can say that the way in which Southwest Copy Systems represents your program, was enough to convince me to sign up. Here is the why: you are able to explain what it is you represent, you are able to answer questions, you are not afraid to say that you need to do more research in order to be able to recommend your plan, you come with detailed information, you are knowledgeable, and never felt I was "talked into something". You went out of your way to accommodate me, you did all the leg work, and once the plan was laid out, it was obvious to me that we will benefit from your program.

I know from experience that Southwest Copy Systems is a good company; we have had a maintenance program for our photocopiers in place for 10 to 15 years (I can't even remember how long), and the service and response time are superb. The follow-up after the "sale" was just as good, so I know you were interested in more than selling me a product.

Thank you for your patience, your attention to detail, and your flexible and fast responses to my needs and schedule. You are good at what you do. I am looking forward to seeing how this all plays out, since I have no doubt that I won't reget it.
